Meet Taylur Davis

Taylur Davis is a restaurant operator and consultant with over 8 years of hands-on experience launching and managing successful food concepts in Atlanta.

She is the founder of Locale Caribbean at Politan Row and Locale Island Eats at Halidom Eatery โ€” two Caribbean restaurant concepts housed within Atlanta food halls, known for bold flavors, strong brand identity, and loyal community support. Through these ventures, Taylur developed deep expertise in restaurant operations, menu engineering, food cost control, and building profitable small-footprint food businesses within shared dining environments.

Taylur later expanded her operational leadership by working with Deallo's Seafood Restaurant Group, helping oversee systems, staffing, and business structure for a growing restaurant brand.

Her industry experience has also connected her with notable food entrepreneurs, including consulting work with Bad Ash Bakes, a nationally recognized dessert brand. Taylur herself has been featured on Food Network's Chopped, bringing national television recognition to her culinary expertise.
